      Hi Utterablepig93 (nice name btw)

Janus is not wireless and is connected to the PC, the internet and the electricity supply by cords and cables. When Janus is doing long experiments (maybe because they are very complicated or they use lots of samples) I don’t have to be around to watch her work. If it’s really long, I can even go home and she will work through the night. One nice feature is that if anything goes wrong, or she needs more samples or chemicals or cells, or if she finishes what she is doing, she can send me a text or email to tell me! We call this “remote monitoring”, so I guess Janus is wired and I am wireless but we remain connected. 🙂
